i sent dr. persinger a email around 2010ish and he sent me his co written paper:Dreams, Time Distortion and the Experience of Future Events: A Relativistic, Neuroquantal Perspective the reason i sent him the email was he was closest i could get watching all the people on science channel and googling trying to find a serious answer to the very memorable and physically strange vision i had in a dream 2001 about a very particular set of buildings and a airliner. ive since learned ive lived very near a couple of philip k dicks houses and read and listened to much as i could easily find about his vision of his kid having medical issue and far i can tell it was the same but im not a writer or religious and i think he added a few things to make it more mystical and maybe make a living. sounds more like he was searching for answers pre internet and only things i could find in 2001 google was some 1800's mysticism group in new york website and religious junk.

If you were not a willing participant yet you were hacked how would you switch it off if they are focused on connecting with you? 6 years later and there has been advancement in this field of knowledge. You state that one person or a small group of people do not have experiences if a natural occurance that suggests that yours is a better way? Prayer equals to a true experience without the technology so are you trying to overwrite that or hack in to experience it? Also you show a standby button at the beginning of this video. It signals off on a unit or device to press that button yet is called stand by this then means that it is not fully off. The experiments contained would not be dangerous yet leaked lab eg covid 19 of an apparent virus had signalled something that is only explained by yourselves. The planted seed of this 2020 experience is not the growing tree, some take root and some do not it has scattered away yet left people wondering. The conscious effort to make these things happen for other people to replicate and experiment with is dangerous to people when in dangerous hands. I hope you realise this. you're not suppose to breath into your abdomen, that's damaging! and that's because : 1- there is no lungs in our abdomens 2- our lungs arent supposed to extend to our bellies 3- abdominal breathing will cause aging in your entire body because it will extend the lungs down and drag everything down with it! the heart - the diaphram - the blood vessels and nerves and that in turn will cause aging in the neck and face because everything is pulled down now ! abdominal breathing teaches you to contract your belly on a exhale and release on an inhale and that's a VERY VERY bad programming of your breathing and your abdominal cavity because when you breath down to the belly first you're depriving the top of your lungs of good air and good breathing second your teaching your belly how to accommodate the vast pressure that's coming from the inhale. if anything your supposed to do the opposite, you need to breath to the top of your lungs and if like then you can contract your abdominal muscles and then release them on an exhale .. that the ANTI- AGING way to breath

Awareness alone suffices. I don't get the need for a meter or holding one's abdomen open. The engine of the hara is always there, just be curious, quiet down, tune your awareness to detect energy and you'll find it's brilliance.
